This video we bring you about acupuncture to you so you can watch and also have access to related topics and items, all in one place. You can learn and keep learning without distraction.

In the 345th chapter of my story, I travel 6 hours to NYC for an acupuncture appointment with a master acupuncturist! The results were so unexpected and mind-blowing! I’ve had less endometriosis pain (which nothing really has touched before), my sleep schedule has changed for the better and I’m naturally getting up around 7am and going to bed around 8pm, and I can’t believe it! I recap the wild trip up to NYC (including us getting a ticket…surprise, surprise…), the acupuncture treatment itself, the ongoing herbal treatment I’m receiving, and then the full results so far! This has been super exciting, so enjoy! Would love to hear your experience with acupuncture as well, please tell me because I’m super interested in this now!

Don’t forget: My friend and mentor Jocelyn owns a small business Appalachian Botanical Co (a lavender farm with amazing products that reclaims old coal mining land and provides second chance jobs…I have almost every one of their products myself and love purchasing gifts from them!), and you can use code “SIERRA15” to get 15% off your total order through December 31st, 2024!) –

If you want to further support me & the community:

I try to only promote underconsumption and minimalism, but if you’re in the market for something intentional as a gift to yourself or others, here are my favorite small, sustainable, or local businesses (and nonprofits!) that I use every day or love to support (I earn 10%-30% commission from the first group if you click the links to purchase, but all other sections, I receive nothing but I included them just because I love them and think they do great work and have products!):

From the following group, I earn a commission if you click any link and make a purchase (you would be helping to support me as a disabled creator with no other income streams):
– 4Ocean (they are a B Corp that cleans trash from the oceans and recycles the waste into their awesome products while employing artisans to make products & fisherman to clean the ocean and waterways): (use my code “pawsitive_3” for 10% off!)
– Two Crow Collective (awesome streetwear small business with the goal to showcase the stories of chronic and mental illness survivors…I’m obsessed with my “I Confuse Doctors” hoodie; it’s no joke the comfiest hoodie I own!): (use my code “pawsitive_3” to get 15% off!).
– CAKES (I have not been able to wear a bra with my chest pressure, and these nipple covers for sensitive skin have made me so much more comfortable wearing shirts!): (coupon for 10%: pawsitive_3)(these are the CAKES I have personally tried and loved:
– Farmer’s Defense (protective gear for the outdoors…I personally use their protective arm sleeves for my temperature dysregulation, yard work, and UV protection):
– Greeting Cards (my favorite line is their Positively Green cards made in the USA from recycled paper):

These are nonprofits I love to support that do incredible work:
– Great Dames book (my mom and I both had our stories published in this book if you want to support this nonprofit who empowers women in our community!): ref=sr_1_6
– World Central Kitchen (provides food relief in disaster zones globally):
– Sean’s House (mental health safe haven):
– Forgotten Cats (this is a great resource if you’re looking to adopt a cat, get a cat spayed or neutered or help feral cats in need…feel free to donate to them as well! I love their work and have raised over $100,000 for them personally because I believe so much in what they do!):
– Eco Plastic Products (recycles 100% of their accepted plastics (you can donate plastic directly to them too!) into new products…I personally have donated a bunch of plastic to them and bought a bench & picnic table from them; they are awesome!) –
– NERDiT NOW and NERDiT CARES (electronics recycling and fixing, and also a nonprofit that provides our community with job training…I know the founders and they are amazing with their impact!) – and
