Goal:
Mobilization of the spleen and stomach meridian on the leg; heart and pericardium meridian on the arm; Yin Wei Mai and Yin Qiao Mai with a focus on the spleen and stomach (earth) as well as the heart and pericardium (fire).
This exercise can help with:
