Goal:

Mobilization of the 3 Yang meridians of the legs stomach/gallbladder/bladder with a focus on the stomach (earth) and 3 Yang of the arms large intestine/triple warmer/small intestine with a focus on the small intestine (fire).

This exercise can help with:

Complaints of the CTÜ – cervicothoracic junction, lower cervical spine and upper thoracic spine Back tension between the shoulder blades Shoulder blade pain on or under the shoulder blade (e.g. incisura scapulae syndrome – due to compression of the suprascapular nerve)
One-sided overload and tension, especially in the neck area
Feelings of weakness or tingling in the arm
Strengthening and harmonization of the body

The functions of Qi in the body:

TRANSFORMING:

REGULATING AND MANATING:

PROTECTING:
Protects the body at the surface from exogenous pathogenic factors.
