Qigong/Meditation/Sound Bath

Join Dan Vasquez at his Friends’ Place: Innergy Wellness Center for some relaxing Qigong movement, a short meditation, and some good vibrations from the Singing Bowls played by the event Host: Mary Goodfeathers. Class time = 1 hour. Please put donations in basket on the table.
