In a busy and chaotic world it is easy to feel overwhelmed, and ungrounded. This qi gong routine will help take a very stressed and anxious mind and calm it down, so that you feel ‘grounded’ in your body.
There are many forms of qi gong and this is a simple routine that will direct qi from the head down into the legs and the lower dan tian. Some of the exercises are more ‘yang’ which helps dissipate excessive energy.
