Qigong is gaining traction more and more these days, since social media is booming with people researching everything and posting their knowledge. So now you found me, but what is your purpose for wanting to learn? Is it for vitality or for self-healing? Do you see yourself becoming a healer? Or the final question; Is it to complement something you're already doing?
Because they're all good reasons. If you answered yes to any of those questions, then you've come to the right place. I can help you. I first came across Qigong back in 1986. I later learned several styles over the last few decades from several Teachers during my Martial Arts journey. Both internal, and external. Some focus on the medical aspect, and others are for sending Qi to the skin and hands for Martial Arts or Energy emission. So I'm not just some guy who learned it recently... I speak from experience, and not from notes. I have made mistakes and did what you're not supposed to, and payed the penalties. I have also gained the reward that you are said to get when you cultivate correctly. (Elixir.)
So when you want to meet, I will teach you the style that I have that suits your situation, then if you like to continue learning, you could get all of my Qigong. (After all, I want to teach it, not have it go with me when I leave this plane.) But unless you already have experience with life force, you will have to get to know it before you can guide it. Everybody's different, so we'll have to see how close your mind/energy connection is.
And if you're nervous about spiritual stuff, don't be. This is purely natural science. Bio-Electro-Magnetic energy travels from cell to cell and along nerves, and connective tissue. The mind will eventually be able to guide it with movement, breath, and mental focus over a period of time. That's all! Put God first, and this is just do is as if it were mental acupuncture and breathing in of oxygen while moving the body in certain natural ways.
