My Tai Chi Journey

For over 40 years, I have been a student of martial arts, and for the last 15 years, my journey has been deeply intertwined with studying Tai Chi. From my earliest lessons in Martial Arts, I developed the habit of making notes after every class. These notes were based on comments and instructions from my teachers, as well as insights gathered from reading books by famous Martial Arts masters and teachers. Taking detailed notes not only helped me retain what I learned but also brought joy by continuing my martial arts training beyond the class.

This Tai Chi journal reflects my current journey—collecting notes as a lifelong student, learning from my teachers, and drawing inspiration from renowned Tai Chi masters past and present. My hope is that this journal will help you improve your own Tai Chi practice, just as note-taking has helped me continually grow. Start your journey today and use this Tai Chi journal to document and reflect on each step as you progress.
