Warming up exercise are one of the important part in Tai Chi practice or any others kind of martial arts, It is a very effective way to improve your muscle and tendon’s flexibility and joints mobility, it also helps the blood to circulate more efficiently. This is turn makes the Qi energy stronger , helping the blood to circulate even more efficiently.
Most of martial arts, style or instructor has a particular way to warm up. However, all warming up should prepare your body for the lesson ahead and ensure your improvement over time.
After the warming up, it will bring you the calmness and softness in your body, it make your body move more flow and relax in the TaiChi form.

Discontinue any movement that is painful and always stay within your comfort range.
