For my Tai chi students, here is something more aerobic to practice in your bubble.
This is more of a tutorial, as I do front and back view, to help you see the movements better.
Start slow, then naturally you will loosen up and it will get easier.

Part 1: Loosening of the shoulder joints, works mostly on the rotator cuff muscles. So if you have a shoulder injury skip this part and maybe you could try some movements from Part 2.
Always listen to your body. If it does not feel right then don’t do them and just follow my other easier Tai Chi videos.
