Here is a simple and easy Qigong warm up routine that you can do before qi gong, tai chi, meditation, any internal martial arts or chi kung practice. The purpose is to gently move the qi, or energy, the blood, and start to loosen the tension that is in the muscles and joints.

Remember that this is a warm up, so you don’t need to push your body.
