This Qigong routine is built around my favourite qigong exercises to help you sleep better. In Qigong, flowing movements are often referred to as moving meditation. Gentle movements combined with mindful breathing helps to switch from ‘thinking’ into feeling and reconnect the mind to the body so we feel calm and more present. Try these easy qigong exercises in the evening (30-60 mins before bed) to relieve stress naturally and prepare yourself for a restful night sleep.
