Hey guys Gretchen here with part one of three for your Kava reiki level 4. These will be the last before we hit master level in this reiki series. Following this lesson will be an attunement to aid you in using your heart energy to transmute the negative energy and to keep the heart from being injured in the future.
The attunement following this will also attune you to the numbers in the Kava alphabet. AFTER the attunement, please sit with each symbol and meditate on the gateway meant for you that is connected to that symbol.
