Grounding and Centering is the 1st part of the REIKI HEaling Meditation Lessons Level 1.
Grounding is the base of giving or receiving the universal force called Reiki. If you are not properly grounded and centered within you, you wont be able to channel the energy in a good way with the highest potential.
In this reiki grounding meditation I want to give you a grounding technique and will guide you to anchor you and ground yourself, being ready to receive the healing universal reiki energy.
My name is Narayanjot and I am a Reiki master and teacher myself for several years now. I would like to invite you to do Reiki yourself.
