This is actually a class from the collection of recorded morning Flow Shows – but it’s still a great Flow whether you’re new to Tai Chi or a veteran. The newer videos are definitely better quality video – at least I hope I’ve gotten better with practice!! – but the Tai Chi itself is still great. Enjoy!
