The short video demonstrates what is actually an advanced, highly effective application from the Yang Neigong set. It is an advanced technique in that it uses one arm to cleverly divert a double punch. The method is reminiscent of Fair Lady Weaves Shuttles but is actually a transition movement from the Neigong Brush Knee sequence. The strike is aimed at either SP-21, Dabao – the Great Connecting point of the Spleen or the Lung seizure point just below the scapula, depending on how far the opponent is turned.
