📍Needling LU 7 Acupuncture Point #acupuncturepoints

acupuncture

This video we bring you about acupuncture to you so you can watch and also have access to related topics and items, all in one place. You can learn and keep learning without distraction.

LUNG 7 is such a unique acupuncture point because it can be needled oblique in 2 different directions, depending on the objective!

📍Needling it towards the thumb (with the flow of the Lung channel) is great to tonify Lung Qi and Wei Qi (defensive Qi).

📍Needling it towards the elbow (against the channel flow) is great to expel excess pathogens.

📍When a patient comes in with environmental allergies, I like to tonify LU 7 on one side and clear the pathogens on the opposite side. Dual actions that rock 👊🏽
