Yang Style Tai Chi Long Form kicks sequences. Been working hard on correcting my internal lines in my kicks. For 6 months I had to be patient with myself and swallow my ego as I worked to rebuild my lines. I was known for my kicks and had to watch my kicks falter as I changed my lines and rebuilt the mechanics. 6 months and a thousand kicks later (not exaggerating, @damianneve made me do at least a thousand kicks in our training), I’m seeing the results. Now my kicks are on the correct track and I can get power behind them. You may not be able to tell the difference but before if you ran into me when I was kicking, I would be the one that got knocked down. Now … I invite you to try 😁
