Getting heated easily lately? Qigong is easily one of the most powerful tools to help lower stress and rebalance your mind and emotions. Using breathwork, mindful movement, and dynamic stretches, this practice will rewire the nervous system out of fight or flight, and back to a state of rest and digest. This routine is specifically designed to clear stress, or as we say in Qigong, to dissolve Qi Stagnation and relieve the excess “heat” that arises as a result. This routine includes some Dao Yoga exercises done from the floor, but feel free to skip them if you don’t have the mobility to practice from that position. We also make use of the six healing sounds qigong method, or Liu Zi Jue Qigong, which is a powerful technique for clearing heat, stagnant qi, and negative emotions.
