Today, we finished our Yang style sword form! I am very proud of my students for the dedicated training and for mastering the basics.

As promised, we will now move forward to application and free partner work. The 64 sword form will continue to be our frame of reference when working on the functionality of the movements and the changes between attacking and defending.
