Tom came in tonight for some help with neck and shoulder pain, so I’m demonstrating something called “Balance Method” Acupuncture where I choose “distal” points (far away from the problem area) that work to relieve pain and tension in that neck/shoulder area. This is an extremely effective method, and if you’re struggling with persistent pain, I highly recommend finding a “Balance Method” Acupuncturist near you! 😍
If you’re dealing with your own neck/shoulder pain and/or tension tonight, feel free to follow along with AcuPRESSURE on yourself as you watch! Simply feel around for your own “ashi” or tender/sore points, apply some gentle pressure, and gently move your neck around as you do this. Some of you will feel immediate relief, others may not feel too much of a difference. I say – stay open minded to the infinite possibilities within this universe – your body is incredibly intelligent and complex and can respond to MANY “unconventional” treatments if you just stay OPEN! 🧡😇🧡
As with all my videos, there are MANY imperfections within this one. I wish I had more time to film and perfect these videos, but my schedule simply doesn’t allow for perfection just yet! Maybe someday I’ll have more time and resources to dedicate to this channel, but for now, we’ve got to settle for the imperfect/spontaneous treatment vibes! 😊☝️
