There are 3 Movements:
1. Shaking body and Bouncing legs and toes
2. Cleansing Breath.
3. Circle Arms.
This exercise can help you to let go of all anxieties, and stress, and also make your body calm and ease. It just takes 5 minutes to practice daily, can become your 10 minute daily Routine Qigong.
