Baguazhang Four Seasons Health Work (si ji yang sheng gong 四季养生功) demonstrated by Master Liang Keming (梁克明). The Baguazhang Four Seasons Health Work are four basic walking exercises from Baguazhang attuned to each season. Each exercise should be practiced during their according season. Generally three or four circles of repetition are recommended for daily practice. Each circle is eight steps. And each circle is repeated on both sides for a complete and balanced sequence.
