A great qigong sequence from professor Zhang Guangde: 13 movements to Stretch the body and make it more supple. Comes from the book with the same name (you can find them for example here: ). It’s best to read the book, it’s got a lot of important details you don’t see in the video. There’s also a seated version of this I think.
Again, please note that the books assume you at least know some basics about Qi, Ming Men, Dan Tian, etc… but a little google research certainly helps 🙂
