This video we bring you about neigong to you so you can watch and also have access to related topics and items, all in one place. You can learn and keep learning without distraction.

In the World we live in today, I think we need to have more insight into our health and emotional state.

For this reason, I want to introduce the “Ba Men Health Qi Gong”.

I want to transmit and teach this openly and encourage others to teach it also.

It’s simple enough for anybody to learn and still deep enough for a lifetime of study.

It can become a regular morning exercise or a meditative moment, a simple health preservation practice or a recovery routine.

This Practice has old roots but is modern enough to be practiced by everyone, to increase vitality, for awareness training or just for a meditative purpose.

It is taught in 3 levels, which have 6 layers, and each level can be learned in a weekend or in via the Distance Learning Program.

The first level is about health preservation, emotional stability and any type of recovery or rehabilitation.

The first level teaches us the first 3 layers of this Complete of the Health Qi Gong.

The second level is about Qi / Energy Circulation and Body / Mind Integration.

Which teaches us the forth and fifth layers of this Complete Teaching.

The last level is about Meditation, Open Awareness and complete Mindfulness.

This is the Ultimate Teaching of this very concise and united system.

As soon as you have been taught the first level, you can actually teach it yourself after passing the Evaluation with myself or a certified Instructor (this can also be via Distance Learning).

The second and third level can be learned over the Distance Learning too. Only the last level requires that you come and meet with myself or a certified instructor for Evaluation before teaching it to others.

This is a Way to introduce more people to the Daoist Wisdom and bring more Vitality and Consciousness to the World.

Let’s talk a little more about the Ba Men Health Qi Gong…

In The Middle of Tang Dynasty, Daxuan was more active than it is today.

Traditionally Taoist Schools and governments never had a good relationship: it’s the price to pay when you teach people to be free.

But during the reign of Empress Wu, Wu Zhetian, all Taoist Schools received support and publicity.

All the Schools tried at this point to be the Official Taoist School, to gain power or establish a popular transformation, it was an incredible possibility to teach openly and supported by the State.

From 695 until 705, so much was achieved… and then undone later!

At the time, it is said in our Tradition, that a simple therapeutic Qi Gong was taught at the Noble Houses, a simple version of the Daxuan Nei gong of that time (Closer to the “Daxuan I” of today).

It’s mostly a way to Heal and gain Vitality, it’s a “super” morning exercise to allow us to feel the best we can, just by practicing 8 simple movements.

It was for the officials, for the Judges and the court: perfect for noble people because it was simple (8 movements) and practical (you feel good the first time you do it).

For us it’s just a part of the Popular Family Qi Gong and we do not use it that much, it was a way to taste the practice of “the way” before going deeply into it…a stepping Stone.

But for today’s world, in a “fast, quick and efficient” fashion, this can help to teach people and help their healing process for so many ailments.

In the Text of the Daxuan School, it says:

“You have 6 levels of teaching:

– Do first, No Questions, no Pressure

– Do with Breathing, Conscious Mind and Dan Tien

– Do with Power Breathing and Intent

– Do and Link Power and Alignment

– Do to Condense the Heart and the Form

– Do and Unite the 3 levels of Human Being”
