The Energy Advantage is a unique combination of the principles and techniques of the Patrick Mckeown “Oxygen Advantage” program (also inspired by Breath by James Nestor and Buteyko Breathing) along with the mindful movement and postural principles of Qigong.

This introductory program features Qigong taught by Nick Loffree, and beginners breathwork taught by Andrew Ritchie, certified Oxygen Advantage Instructor. In it, Nick will guide you through Qigong that utilizes the principle of CO2 tolerance progression, which will actually help you build up carbon dioxide in the body as a means of shuttling more oxygen into the cells. Then Andrew will take you through some gentle breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and further increase your cellular uptake of oxygen.

As the body lowers CO2 tolerance and increases oxygen saturation, your metabolism will improve and you will notice you simultaneously have more energy and less stress. Continue to cultivate this state of true bioenergetic health as often as possible, and unlock your Energy Advantage!
