This Qigong evening routine was inspired by the video I made almost 2 years ago. This 12 minute routine is designed to move you from stress to calm, release tension and calm the mind through a series of gentle body movements and mindful breathing. Perfect after a long day of work, travel or anytime when you need to slow down and relax.
Take time to connect with your body by simply noticing the sensations inside. Every time you exhale, relax and observe waves of relaxation flowing throughout the entire body, spreading calm and serenity.
