This video shows my typical workout that I do the first 20 minutes to a half hour of my typical classes which is the first part of the hour is course strengthening and the next part is a Medical chigong or Chinese martial arts forms practice and the third part is Shen gong Which is the spiritual chigong that’s done for manifesting and purifying and healing, physical, emotional and spiritual issues. This work out does the whole core and we work the whole body from the top of the head down to the feet. It has very powerful exercises and it is made my core rocksolid, I have been doing it for 40 years
