Join Master Zhen Hua Yang for a 20-minute Nei Gong routine to relieve stress and pressure. It can be done daily, in the evening or in the morning. INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

Try to follow the movements as best as you can giving your body time to learn. Breathe gently and naturally. Don’t force your breathing or hold your breath. Let your breath and your body flow together naturally. They will synchronise with time.

Keep the movements natural and don’t force yourself. With repetitions, when you remember the movements well, you can close your eyes and turn your attention more inward.

Try to connect with yourself and your body. Feel the movements like a wave passing through you. Keep your attention inward. Don’t think or analyze too much. Give your body and breath time to learn and allow the understanding to come from inside your body rather than your mind.
