This is the basic stretching sequence that we get all students to practice to help open up the joints and tissues ready for Qi Gong or Nei Gong. It is designed to open up the back and the front of the body in a balanced way. It also targets areas we need to open up for Nei Gong practice such as the kua.

It is suitable for beginners also. 🙂
