—-YOUR INSTRUCTOR—
Tina Faulkner Elders began her training in Gong Fu and Chin Na as a child under her father, Gordon Faulkner, who also taught Mantak Chia’s internal practices and meditations. This early exposure fostered her lifelong passion for Taijiquan. At twenty, Tina moved to Beijing to study Daoyin Yangsheng Gong at the Beijing Sports University, graduating in 1996. During this period, she excelled in international competitions, becoming a gold medallist in International Tai Chi and Qigong competitions. She studied with esteemed masters like Shi Ming and Professor Li DeYin and later opened her own school in Aberdeen, Scotland. Tina has also taught in America and Europe, and has worked with various health organisations including teaching regularly at Maggie’s centres. Her aim is to help you explore the world of Tai Chi and Qigong to better navigate life.
