Here is a simple Qigong routine that will help reduce stress, anxiety, and excessive emotions. It will also help ‘nourish the heart,’ which is a unique Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qigong concept.
This is the idea that the heart needs adequate Qi and energy to function well. When we ‘nourish the heart’ we are gently directing our Qi towards the centre of the chest – which can be calming and energizing at the same time π

I’m Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
