Our Tai Ji Chuan Yang style short form sequence is based on Cheng Man Ching’s 37 sequence of steps or postures and our long form is based on Yang Cheng-Fu’s 108 step form, but both are interpreted and performed with Grandmaster Lin’s Selfnature principles.
