Keep the palms at your centreline at all times, elbows as away from your torso as you can but without moving them too much. The movement comes from the rotations of the arms, the movement of your shoulderblades and of course your legs and hips. @Santi we are on the backleg, @Snake Puts Out Tongue, we are on the front leg and @Old Monk Lifts His Bowl we turn on the weighted leg towards the unweighted leg first before transferring weight.
