Baguazhang, the most mystical of the internal martial art systems, applies Chinese philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine to a high level martial movement practice. It harnesses wisdom from Taoist and Buddhist principles dating back to the founder of Shaolin Kung Fu and Zen Buddhism. The practice helps strengthen the body as a whole and focuses on tendons, joints, and fascia. It is a powerful tool that helps combat emotional and bodily ailments because it teaches how to fight with the spirit.

New students are welcome, no experience is necessary, sessions are tailored to the group. Adults of all ages are welcome including those with movement limitations. Context for the practice, including Chinese medicine bases will be provided as well as a presentation of the lineages.
