ABOUT XING YI:
Xing Yi Quan is an extremely powerful, direct, and practical fighting style. Its goal is to reach and drive through the opponent quickly, overwhelming them using bursts of aggressive, linear movement. The direct fighting philosophy of Xing Yi advocates simultaneous attack and defense, where efficiency and economy of movement are crucial to dominating an opponent.
