If you can’t attend a class for any reason you’ll receive a copy of the Zoom video recording.

Classes can be done from a standing or sitting posture at your own pace, time and intensity. All you need is an internet connection and some space around you to move. We prefer cameras and mics to be on so that the class can be interactive.

You will learn:
* a set of Yijin Jing ‘muscle, tendon, ligament’ exercises that are great for warming up all the sinew or fascia of your whole body
* eight Qi Gong exercises that improve the circulation or flow of blood and energy (qi / chi) around your body, nourishing your internal organs and enabling graceful movement
* eight Dao Yin breathwork exercises that each have their own character and benefits, enabling us to slow down and better connect

About the Facilitator:
Dr Alex Boyd has been learning Daoyin, Qigong and Yijinjing since 1985 and has been professionally teaching and researching since the early 1990’s. He has trained many people now teaching in the UK, Europe and USA. Alex has developed a unique and progressively accessible approach to sharing such a profound body-mind-spirit practice in an inclusive, accessible and deeply beneficial way. Alex PhD was all about the transmission of traditional embodied knowledge and he is the Executive Director for Intercultural Roots.
