This 10 minute beginner Qigong for leg circulation was designed to improve blood flow to the legs and help tackle issues like poor leg circulation, numbness legs or restless legs symptoms. This Qigong exercise is very easy to do and only takes 10 minutes. It helps to keep your joints flexible by working the muscles, maintaining and improving your range of movement and is good for balance and stability.
