Not being able to sleep affects our health hugely. Some issues that might arise if sleep is deficient includes: weaker immune system, depression, heart disease, weight gain, blood sugar imbalance etc. So we have to make sure our sleep is good since after all, about 1/3 of our lives are spent in sleeping.

Therefore this exercise is for people who
– Have trouble falling asleep
– Can’t stay asleep and always wake up in the middle of the night
– Waking up too early
– Don’t have good sleep quality
