Qi gong is a practice that look similar to tai chi, but is easier to learn, and more focused on building your health and wellness. There are many styles of qi gong such as 5 Animal, 8 Brocades, and 5 Element and they are all wonderful! Qi gong is about finding a style that works best for you, depending on what you need.
The most important aspect is finding a style that you enjoy and that you are likely to practice everyday, even if it is only for 15 minutes!
