Short linking sequence for Rooster Spear. This was done some years ago now and filmed just after I’d been shown the sequence for the first time. The spear used is a training spear made of pine so it’s lighter than our usual training spears.
Rooster is characterised by sharp direct movements driven by tight twisting and untwisting of the deep core of the torso.
