Foundations of Chi Kung Course | Week 2: Re-Shape | Dao Yoga & Qigong for Beginners

Part Two of our Chi Kung Foundations Course. In this routine we focus on Tao Yin Qigong, or Dao Yoga, to Re-Shape the body, making more room for Chi, Life Force Energy, to move and circulate. The routine begins with Silk Reeling warm ups and ends with beginners Qigong exercises for centering and stress reduction.
